A. Applicants may acquire property valued at €500,000 or more.
B. Applicants may acquire property valued at €350,000 or more for properties more than 30 years old or located in urban regeneration areas designated for refurbishing.
2. Qualified Offer
Casa da Companhia is a rehabilitation project of a Palatial House, an emblematic building in the city of Porto built in the 18th century. The €11.2 million project includes the development of luxury residences, amenities, a SPA club, restaurant, shop, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. 3. Capital Investment

4. Job Creation
Applicants must create 10 or more jobs.
